All science courses are definetely considered as more challenging than other subjects; however, they are also very rewarding. If you are a high-schooler that plans to study STEM-related subjects in college, we think you should take AP Physics 1 since it really helps to lay groundwork for all the challenging content you will face in the future. On the other hand, if your planned college major is not science-related, we think you can skip AP Physics 1 if you are worried about your grades, as AP Physics 1 tests are quite difficult. Nevertheless, no matter your major, it is important to pursue your interests and passion. If you are passionate about physics, you should definitely take this course!
