In 2024, the AP Biology exam will be on May 6. The testing time will be 3 hours and 15 minutes, and the schedule will be as following: 90-minute multiple-choice section (60 questions), 105-minute free response section (3 long-form free-response questions and 4 short-form free-response questions). Good luck on your test!

All science courses are definetely considered as more challenging than other subjects; however, they are also very rewarding. If you are a high-schooler that plans to study STEM-related subjects in college, we think you should take AP Chemistry since it really helps to lay groundwork for all the challenging content you will face in the future. On the other hand, if your planned college major is not science-related, we think you can skip AP Chemistry if you are worried about your grades, as AP Chemistry tests are quite difficult.
